Build A Popcorn Bar (Spring Edition)
There is a version of spring entertaining that does not involve spending three hours in the kitchen, stress-cleaning your entire apartment, or pretending you have it more together than you do.
This is that version.

There is a version of spring entertaining that does not involve spending three hours in the kitchen, stress-cleaning your entire apartment, or pretending you have it more together than you do.
This is that version.
Set The Scene
Invite a few friends over. Pour something cold. Open the windows if the weather is finally cooperating.
Pop a big bowl of Super Butter and put it in the center of the table. Arrange small bowls of toppings all around it. That's it. That's the spread.
Everyone grabs a bowl, builds their own combination, and suddenly you're having the best snack of the season without having done very much at all. That's the whole point.
What Goes On The Table
The beauty of a popcorn bar is that there are no rules. A few of our favorite toppings to get you started:
Parmesan: salty, savory, and makes everything feel a little fancier than it is
Chili flakes: for the friend who always asks for something spicy
Cinnamon sugar: trust us on this one
Lemon zest: bright, fresh, and very spring
Fresh herbs: rosemary or thyme if you want to feel like you have a garden
Honey drizzle: the unexpected move that always lands
Sweet. Savory. A little chaotic. Exactly right.
The Best Part
It takes five minutes to set up and somehow becomes the whole evening. People linger around the table longer than expected. Someone tries a combination they never would have ordered. A second bowl gets popped.
Spring entertaining does not have to be complicated. It just has to be good.
A bag of Super Butter and a few small bowls. Consider the bar built.
