Refund policy
All items are final sale. Unfortunately, we don't accept returns or exchanges of products as they are food items. However, we will do our best to make things right. If your order was damaged in transit, or if you've received the wrong Opopop order, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@opopop.com.
We have a 30-minute order edit policy, which means you have 30 minutes after receiving your confirmation to request a cancellation or order edit. After that, there is no guarantee that we can guarantee and changes or cancellations.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
